Mr. Tarn is based in Shanghai China. During his career, he has held the position of business developer at Maxim's Investment & Management, a private equity boutique firm with particular focus on insurance business & real estate.
He was responsible to strengthen cooperation between investors and private sector, institutional and local authorities. Mr. Tarn has well-developed skills in wealth management & wealth planning as he has been an investment counsellor providing private wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals.
He is the co-founder of a private foundation created by Chinese HNW individuals providing educational support, and Vice Chairman of Shanghai Garment trade Association, an economic & information technology governmental association.
Mr. Tarn holds a Master degree in International Business Management from Nova Southeastern University, Florida USA.
